Memorable quote of the dayPg 14

“Write the person. Vow each day. The page does the holding.”

How It Works

The same shape, twelve times in a row.

Every workbook carries the same internal 3‑week rhythm, a supplies list, a fresh memorable quote printed at the top of each page, and a tracker — so by Book 12 the system feels like muscle memory.

Book I Opener

A blank page asks the question.

The first exercise is a single page — long enough to matter, short enough to finish before lunch. It asks you to write the person you want to be, in the present tense, and what you will trade to become her. Every later book pulls from a piece of that first page.

Set the supplies list on the kitchen counter. Open to the quote printed at the top of page one. Write the date.

The rhythms get easier to hold as the year goes on. By Book VII, the supplies list is three lines and the quote at the top of the page is the one you needed to read that morning.

The Companion App

Free. Always. The work stops when the page stops — not when a subscription does.

  • Streaks that survive timezones

A tap from anyone in your circle lands at the moment you wrote it, not at midnight server-side. Your streak chart knows the difference.

  • Accountability circles

Three, five, or twelve — pick the small group that will actually answer when you post. The app keeps the room warm without becoming a feed.

  • Cheers across the cohort

When a stranger in another timezone finishes Book Six, you see it. When you finish Book Six, they see it. The cheers outlive the cycle.

  • Free — never gated

No paywall on the companion app. The workbooks carry the cost of paper and print; the app exists to make sure the work happens.

The Author

Chael Jarrett

Chael wrote the first draft of Book I on the back of a moving invoice. The series is built for the average person who needs a low‑friction roadmap and a crew that actually shows up — not a productivity saint or a motivational poster. Twelve books, twelve cycles, one year of your life held open by a practice you can actually keep.

Milestone merch — tees, mugs, water bottles — celebrates each finish line without gouging the journey.
